About You
Required:
- High School Diploma
- At least 2-3 years experience with Customer Service or Customer Experience, or Customer Management
- Highly proficient with applications such as MS Office, G Suite, DocuSign, and Salesforce
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous energy or solar experience
- Experience managing accounts
