About the Role
As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the trusted point of contact for customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Your responsibilities include anticipating customer needs, managing escalated issues, guiding customers through their solar journey, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also conduct regular account reviews to recommend products and services that enhance customer satisfaction.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma
At least 2-3 years experience with Customer Service or Customer Experience, or Customer Management
Highly proficient with applications such as MS Office, G Suite, DocuSign, and Salesforce
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
Previous energy or solar experience
Experience managing accounts
