Summary
Polestar is seeking a Customer Experience Center Manager to join their team in Mahwah, NJ. The role involves leading and developing the Customer Experience team to deliver a premium brand experience for customers throughout their shopping journey.
About the Role
As the Customer Experience Center Manager, you will manage a team focused on customer support, roadside assistance, and customer advocacy. Your responsibilities include implementing new products and processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining customer satisfaction metrics. You will also oversee team training and development, conduct performance analysis, and collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of proven management experience.
- Previous experience working within a Contact Center or Outsourcing Operation/Service/Sales.
- Strong understanding of the needs of a premium customer, preferably in luxury automotive or retail.
- Experience leading and motivating teams to achieve set goals and KPIs.
Preferred:
- Passion for the EV industry and clean technology.
- Customer-centric approach to delivering a white glove experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
