About the Role
As a Customer Experience Representative II, you will be responsible for conferring with customers via telephone and email to provide information about products or services, processing customer orders, and maintaining relationships with customers. You will coordinate with various departments to eliminate delays and facilitate prompt deliveries, react quickly to changing priorities, and take ownership of customer complaints to resolve issues.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service.
- Demonstrates data entry skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a matrix team environment.
