As a Customer Experience Representative III, you will be responsible for conferring with customers via telephone and email to provide information about products, processing customer orders, maintaining relationships with customers, and coordinating with various departments to ensure prompt deliveries. You will also handle customer complaints and perform data entry and project scheduling for manufacturing.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service.
- Demonstrates data entry skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a matrix team environment.
