About the Role
As a Customer Growth Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor to SMB customers, managing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth through Google Ads. Your responsibilities include evaluating campaign performance, mentoring business owners on digital marketing strategies, and engaging in activities to drive customer relationship growth. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and develop impactful digital marketing solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) sales or business development role.
- Experience in advertising, consultative sales or business development through full-time roles, internships, projects or academic classes.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
- Ability to travel to the office for client meetings and trainings as needed.
Preferred:
- Certification in Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Ads and online advertising.
- Experience in digital sales, client management, customer service, business development, customer outreach, marketing, consulting, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with managing a portfolio or working against assigned customer goals.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
