About the Role
As the Customer Identity and Access Management Lead, you will drive the vision and execution of CIAM initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, define policies and standards, ensure compliance with regulations, engage developers, and oversee product development. You will also research new technologies and gather customer feedback to enhance CIAM capabilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CIAM or IAM, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in delivering and managing CIAM solutions in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of CIAM design, tools, and workflows.
- Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Project management and budget management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
