About You
Required:
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of software systems, workflows, and integrations.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Experience with APIs, SSO, and data imports.
