About the Role
As a Customer Operations System Specialist II, you will be responsible for executing the technology roadmap, building and optimizing systems to enhance efficiency, automating workflows, and empowering customer-facing teams. You will leverage AI technologies to solve operational challenges, provide technical documentation, troubleshoot complex issues, and utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in System Administration/Engineering or Systems Technology role.
- Advanced technical proficiency with a proven ability to build and manage systems.
- Experience with administration and customization of CRM and/or Customer Success platforms.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience leveraging AI/ML tools to improve business or operational processes.
- Expert-level skills with spreadsheets including advanced functions and data modeling.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- Project management experience and familiarity with PM principles (AGILE, SCRUM).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
