About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key clients, managing the overall P&L of allocated accounts, ensuring delivery teams track actions from regular MBR/QBR meetings, aligning with customer strategies, and managing contracts and commercial discussions.
About You
Required:
- Strong experience of working in the Technology sector with over $30 million budget.
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Management roles.
- Experience working with SaaS companies or SaaS platforms.
- Graduate/Post Graduate Qualification.
- Strong track record of managing programs and portfolio.
- Demonstrated portfolio growth with improved profitability.
Preferred:
- Understanding of latest Technology Domains and GenAI/ML.
