About You
- Proven experience managing high-volume call centers or customer service teams, preferably within logistics, distribution, retail, or e-commerce environments.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 or 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and order fulfillment platforms.
- Advanced certifications (optional but valuable): Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM), Six Sigma, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Data-driven decision-making using tools like Excel, BI dashboards, or analytics software.
