About You
- 2-5 years of applicable Customer Service work experience for Level II; 5-10 years for Level III.
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to proficiently use an ERP system.
- Strong communication skills including phone and email.
- Oracle Experience.
- Aerospace Manufacturing Experience.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
