Summary
Safeway Sign Company is seeking a Customer Service Admin to join their industrial team in Adelanto, CA. The role involves managing contracts from start to finish, ensuring compliance, resolving issues, and supporting the sales process.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Admin, you will work closely with the Estimator to competitively price bids and contracts, prepare and submit contract documents, maintain organized records, act as the primary contact for contract inquiries, track contract performance, and support the sales team with client communications and quotes. You will also utilize ERP systems to manage inventory and contracts.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Part Recognition or similar.
- Excellent communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience in the construction or industrial sector.
