Summary
The Friedkin Group is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team at Westside Lexus in Greater Houston. The role involves providing excellent customer service and administrative support within the Service department.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling phone calls and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities will include scheduling service appointments, resolving conflicts, explaining invoices, and coordinating with service advisors and technicians. You will also be responsible for generating additional business through outbound calls and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
About You
Required:
- Demonstrated ability to work professionally and courteously with customers and team members.
- A positive mindset and a passion for providing great customer service.
- Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Must be able to work up to 2 Saturdays a month.
- Work all available shifts, between 7am – 7:30pm.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with automotive service processes.
