As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting sales and service to customers, maintaining high standards of customer care, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales goals. You will engage with customers during peak traffic periods, follow company policies, and participate in continuous training to enhance your skills.
About You
Required:
- Must work safely at all times.
- Good people skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude.
- Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Proficient in automotive part/product identification.
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
