As a Customer Service Advisor I Float, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, providing customer service, and promoting the bank's products and services. Your daily tasks will include opening new deposit accounts, making recommendations to customers, and initiating outbound calls for customer onboarding and business development. You will also ensure compliance with bank policies and security measures while achieving production and referral goals.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to generate new financial relationships through outbound calling and internal business development.
Preferred:
- Experience in banking, cash handling, sales, and customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and various banking software programs.
