Summary
WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Associate for their Customer Service Center, a fully remote position that involves responding to and resolving customer requests related to bank products and services.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous support. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, building and retaining customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues. You will work a 4-day schedule from 9am to 8pm, Saturday through Tuesday, and may occasionally attend in-person meetings.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required.
Preferred:
- Customer service experience within banking or financial institution preferred.
- Previous Contact Center Experience Preferred.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
Benefits
- Wage range of $17.00-$20.00 per hour with eligibility for approved overtime and a +$1.00/hr shift premium after 6:00 pm.
