As a Customer Service Associate - Durable Medical Equipment, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls from patients and caregivers, processing orders, validating patient details, and resolving customer concerns. You will also communicate financial responsibilities to patients, process payments, and assist with various tasks within the department.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Demonstrated PC skills with proven data entry experience.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred:
Previous experience in healthcare or durable medical equipment.
Previous experience dealing with insurance guidelines and medical terminology.
