About You
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with good decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.
- High motivation to take ownership and follow up on tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to work weekdays and rotational Saturdays.
- Must obtain a NJ Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License.
- High school diploma required, college degree is a plus.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to commute to Woodbridge, NJ for first 5 weeks for training.
