About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate II, you will be responsible for processing unbilled implant Purchase Orders, maintaining customer contacts, and assisting sales and customer service teams. Your daily tasks will include preparing and scanning implant cards, administering reports for unbilled data, and ensuring compliance with GAAP, ISO, SOX, and FDA standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented and dependable with consistent attendance.
- Experience working with data within database environments.
Preferred:
- Some college education.
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as medical device or healthcare.
