About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for handling calls from members regarding payments, policy information, or claims. You will need to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, develop a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry, and maintain a professional workspace while working remotely. The position requires fielding between 75 to 100 calls daily and ensuring adherence to service standards.
About You
Required:
- 6 months experience in an office environment.
- 6 months experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications.
- 6 months experience in a work-from-home environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- Previous insurance industry experience that required knowledge of life insurance and annuity policies.
- 6 months of experience in a role that required attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work product.
- 6 months of experience in a role that required effective communication (oral/written) in a professional/office setting.
