About the Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will work with store leadership to assist in maximizing collection, production, sales, salvage, and customer service. Your responsibilities will include training sales associates, ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures, and supporting staff while promoting workplace safety. You will also participate in interviewing candidates and assist in administrative evaluations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; or three (3) years related experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Supervisory experience preferred but not necessary.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- POS and basic computer experience.
