About the Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction by effectively communicating with clients over the phone, in writing, and in person. You will support the Freight Services team by identifying customer needs, offering solutions, and conducting customer review calls. Additionally, you will need to maintain a strong understanding of all products and services offered by Delmar.
About You
Required:
- 1 to 3 years of operations experience in the Freight Forwarding, specifically 3PL environment.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
Preferred:
- Experience in Ocean, Air, Ground, Brokerage or Warehousing.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, International Transportation & Customs, or related field.
- Experience in CargoWise One system or related systems.
