About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
- 2+ years direct experience in a customer service or administrative support role.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with office management systems and best practices.
- SAP experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally if needed.
