- BA degree is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service/account management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- US Citizenship required.
- Experience with fulfilling customer porting requests.
- Familiarity with Oracle SQL, Java, and UNIX.
- Experience using chat for customer communications.
- Any application support experience.
- Superior MS Office skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow system.
