As a Customer Service Government Programs Training and Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary support for customer service representatives, assisting with the interpretation of dental policies and claims processing. You will develop and conduct training for new hires and existing staff, analyze customer interactions for accuracy, and collaborate with various departments to improve processes and training needs.
About You
Required:
- One year of college, technical, vocational or business school with coursework in dental assisting or dental hygiene, business administration and composition.
- Two years of related work experience.
Preferred:
- Previous Medicare and/or Medicaid experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, insurance products, and claims processing.
