About the Role

As a Customer Service III (Bilingual), you will be responsible for answering escalated customer inquiries, communicating with customers throughout their project, and promoting the company's offerings. You will work closely with the Inside Sales department and must be able to manage tasks independently while also collaborating with team members. The position requires strong sales skills and high-level communication abilities.
