About the Role
As a Customer Service Lead at Serenity, you will build strong relationships with patients, educate them on their treatment options, and help them take meaningful next steps. You will also support your clinic team by modeling excellent service and communication, and be willing to step into other clinic roles as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- A strong customer service background—ideally with 3+ years of full-time experience
- Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and influence others
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Preferred:
- Experience in fast-paced, people-centered roles such as hospitality, call centers, dental/vision/orthopedic offices, caregiving, coaching, or professional tutoring
