About the Role
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales performance, hiring and training staff, ensuring quality customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining compliance with safety and security protocols. You will also serve as a role model for the team and communicate effectively with the Store Manager regarding progress and concerns.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One (1) year of retail production supervisory experience required.
- One (1) year of goal setting and tracking experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite software, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to adapt to various store locations as needed.
