EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Springville, UT. The role involves leading a team of Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional service and oversee office and administrative duties.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the activities of the Customer Service Representatives. You will ensure customer relationships are maintained, operational objectives are met, and identify trends and inefficiencies to improve service delivery. Additionally, you will oversee audits of the CRM system, provide coaching to team members, and assist with scheduling, follow-ups, escalations, hiring, and training.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of customer service and/or conflict resolution experience.
1+ year of customer service management experience.
Preferred:
Experience with Pest Management Software Systems.
Ability to use computers and telephone systems.
