About the Role

As a Customer Service representative, you will assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, processing orders, and conducting follow-ups with clients. You will deliver accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner and provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will perform other general office duties as assigned to support overall business operations.

About You

Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred:

Knowledge of QuickBooks.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and technologies efficiently.
