Your role will also involve maintaining accurate records and logs of customer interactions.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or its equivalent.
Fluency in English with the ability to speak, read, and write at a professional level.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
Ability to operate various word-processing software, spreadsheets, and database programs.
Excellent customer service relations skills.
Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently.

Preferred:

Experience in handling customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
Ability to work overtime with minimal notice.
