As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries regarding accounts, equipment, and services. Your duties will include performing account analysis, calculating charges, explaining policies, and providing excellent customer service. You will utilize various tools and resources to assist customers and ensure their issues are resolved effectively.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
One year of full-time paid experience in customer service, collections, or billing in a high-volume business environment.
Preferred:
Experience in a utility call center.
Completion of a customer service specialization certification.
Fluency in a second language.
