About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong background with Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
- Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of shipping terms and conditions.
- Solid writing and communication skills (verbal and in writing).
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
