As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing high in-bound call volumes, assisting customers with service inquiries, correcting billing discrepancies, and maintaining a thorough understanding of Sparklight's products and services. You will also participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and meet performance expectations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to operate office equipment and handle money accurately.
Preferred:
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
