You will also record customer interactions, follow service procedures, and strive to meet team goals while maintaining a positive customer experience.
About You
Required:
Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills over the phone and other platforms.
Basic computer skills and experience.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Preferred:
Experience in up-selling and scheduling callbacks.
Strong active listening skills to relay information and address concerns.
