About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative with the Police Department, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, handling money and receipts, assisting with inmate release of property, and following police department procedures. You will also maintain confidentiality and establish effective working relationships with the public and other employees.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or GED.
One year of computer experience including Microsoft Office products, email, and the Internet.
One year of cash-handling experience.
Ability to work all shifts.

Preferred:

Customer Service experience.

City of Flagstaff

Flagstaff, Arizona is located in the southwestern United States at the intersection of Interstate 17 and Interstate 40, and is the largest city in northern Arizona. The city is also the regional center and county seat for Coconino County, the second largest county in the 48 contiguous states.
