About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will field incoming customer calls, deliver solutions, and help improve the banking experience. You will receive extensive paid training to prepare for handling customer inquiries of increasing complexity, while creating positive interactions and building customer relationships.
About You
Required:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of exceptional performance in a customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Positive and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience recommending and referring products/services to customers.
