About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will greet visitors, answer telephones, respond to inquiries, and provide support to the administrative staff. Your responsibilities will include providing information on disaster recovery operations, maintaining logs of inquiries, and assisting with outreach materials and coordination with partner agencies.
About You
Required:
- Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
- Previous experience in customer service, public engagement, or administrative support.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Preferred:
- Ability to quickly learn and apply Forest Service policies, procedures, and recovery-related information.
- Excellent reading comprehension skills.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, reliability, and attention to detail.
