As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a seamless parking experience for customers, assisting with payments, managing daily activities at the location, and resolving customer complaints. You will also conduct facility audits, maintain cleanliness, and present yourself professionally at all times.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a high aptitude for technology.
- Valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- Ability to work flexible schedules including 2nd and 3rd shifts or weekends.
- Strong customer service skills and proactive attitude.
