As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering 70-80 incoming phone calls per day, identifying customer needs, documenting information, researching complex issues, and scheduling appointments. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the overall mission of improving healthcare delivery.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment using phones and computers.
Preferred:
- 1+ years prior health care experience.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
