About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include processing orders via telephone, email, and fax, verifying stock availability, handling container and consignment orders, and maintaining communication with Regional Sales Managers. You will also manage pricing code entries, process inventory returns, and prepare sales history reports.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service order processing (B2B preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Willingness to work overtime as business needs require.
- Adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
Preferred:
- Effective one-on-one and small-group presentation skills.
- Proficiency in basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
