About You
- 2–5+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or regulated environments.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of order management and logistics coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in chemical, specialty chemicals, raw materials, or industrial manufacturing.
- Familiarity with regulatory documentation (COA, SDS, export documentation).
- Knowledge of hazardous materials shipping requirements.
- ISO or quality-system environment experience.
