Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Fogelsville, PA. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and managing relationships with customers and insurance companies.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan, scheduling vehicle repair appointments, retrieving insurance assignments, preparing repair order work packets, recording communications with customers, confirming car rental information, and managing the automated rental management system.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multitasking ability while under pressure.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills.
Preferred:
1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience.
Good oral and written communication skills with strong sales drive and exceptional customer service.
