About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer transactions, including sales orders, logistics, and correspondence. You will serve as the primary contact for day-to-day transactions, communicate with customers and brokers, and oversee customer contracts and export bookings. Additionally, you will coordinate with various internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
About You
Required:
- Minimum AA degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and organizational ability.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Excellent math and accounting skills.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
