About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for opening new accounts, assessing customer needs, and cross-selling appropriate products and services. You will also function as a Teller or Supervisor as needed, resolve customer concerns, develop customer loyalty, and provide assistance with loan origination and processing. Additionally, you will respond to customer inquiries and maintain required documentation while adhering to work schedules.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED with specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a specific skill area.
- 12 to 18 months of related experience and/or training.
Preferred:
- Some outside banking related courses preferred.
