As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with clients to understand their needs, managing a high volume of calls, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also monitor client accounts, schedule appointments, and resolve complaints while building strong relationships based on trust and support.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong phone etiquette.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-stress situations.

- Ability to build rapport with clients.
