About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients and internal partners. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing incoming calls, assisting customers with transactions, processing deposits and withdrawals, opening accounts, responding to client emails, and maintaining compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years of Teller/customer service experience.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
Preferred:
- Cash handling experience.
- Prior Customer Service experience.
- Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
- Salesforce experience.
