About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, provide accurate information on products and services, address and resolve customer concerns, and support various store operations. Your responsibilities will include managing customer communications, monitoring support tickets, and collaborating with store management to enhance customer satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or educational equivalent.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain MO Agent ID.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working at a dispensary or cannabis company.
- Prior experience working in a high-volume retail establishment.
