About the Role
As a Part Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for completing cash transactions, initiating customer loans, and contacting customers about past due payments. You will work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays, with Sundays off.
About You
Required:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Cash handling experience.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Must have proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States.
Preferred:
- Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
- Reliable attendance.
