As a Customer Service Representative, you will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization committed to delivering superior care and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include managing lobby flow, addressing concerns, scheduling appointments, handling basic medical emergencies, assisting with medication pickups, and managing data in practice management software.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform basic accounting tasks, manage multiple phone lines, and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Preferred:
- Some veterinary experience preferred.
- Cornerstone experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, able to deal with high-stress situations calmly.
